1976 Blue ribbon in Kentucky Fried Chickens "I See Our Countries Goodness" national art contest. My mother and I took a train to New York City to see my drawing at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. 1985 1st solo flight on March 10, 1985, then earned my Private Pilot, and later my Commercial/Instrument Pilot. 1992 Graduated from Kent State University graphic design. 1992-1998 Lived and worked as a graphic designer in Atlanta. 1998 Packed up my car and headed west. Weeks later arrived in San Francisco. 1998-1999 Graphic designer at Shelby Designs & Illustrates. 1999-2001 Senior graphic designer at Kirshenbaum Communications. ONGOING Some weekends I travel north and lead cave tours in wine country. 2001-ONGOING Started freelancing - called it nez design. |
